These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Damsole Technologies merchant workspace platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by DAMSOLE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14329385), registered office at 64 Larkspur Close, Weymouth, England, DT4 7UB ("Damsole", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Damsole Technologies provides a centralized workspace for connected merchants, integrating accounting software with account monitoring, reporting tools, and invoicing capabilities. Our Services are administrative and organisational tools only.
Damsole Technologies is not a payment processor and does not provide payment processing services. We do not:
Merchants retain full ownership and control of their own Stripe accounts and receive payments directly from their customers, entirely outside of our platform's involvement in the payment flow.
Our revenue comes solely from monthly platform subscription fees paid by merchants for access to our administrative tools and support services. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are agreed separately at the time of onboarding. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time in accordance with your plan terms.
To use our Services, you must be a legally operating business with an existing (or newly created) Stripe account that you control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate business information, comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, and use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You remain solely responsible for your relationship with Stripe, your customers, and any third-party accounting software you connect.
You may not use our Services to engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
All content, software, and materials associated with the Damsole Technologies platform are the property of DAMSOLE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Damsole Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. As we do not process payments or hold funds, we bear no liability for issues arising directly from your Stripe account, payment processing, or third-party accounting integrations.
Either party may terminate the subscription with notice as set out in your plan agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
